Euromonitor, a London-based global market research company, released a list of the top 25 destinations of Chinese tourists in the world in 2012.
Hong Kong comes first, with 15.1 million visits, followed by Macao and South Korea.
In fact, Hong Kong offers a lot of shopping places and is not far. Macao offers a lot of gambling places, which attracts very much Chinese tourists.
France comes after the Asian countries and the US, because it offers a lot of shopping opportunities as well, especially for luxury.

Thanks for the very informative article. We have been having a lot of tourists coming to Kenya too. I am amazed that we are nowhere near the top 25 yet we got such large numbers. This only shows how much more we have to tap in the very Dynamic Chinese market.
